Join us on the strand of the Scheveningen, the Netherlands for SIRENS, a beach photography event at sunset.
SIRENS is a dark coastal editorial shoot set against the dramatic open water of the North Sea, wind, and sand—built around movement, texture, and atmosphere rather than traditional posed beach imagery. Expect a stripped-back, palette of black, charcoal, deep sea green, and silver, with sheer fabrics, wet surfaces, and natural elements doing most of the visual work.
The aesthetic sits between fashion campaign and mythic coastal storytelling. Think raw, elemental, and moody.
Participants will work with three styled models in coordinated but distinct looks, designed to interact with wind, water, and changing light. Hair and makeup are deliberately undone and weather-responsive, favouring slick textures, smudged definition, and natural movement over polished perfection.
We’ll start slightly later than other sunset beach shoots, and shoot through golden hour and 15 minutes into blue hour, making full use of shifting light. If the weather is cloudy it will only work better with the styling.
We can meet for a relaxed drink and chat at Het Puntje beach bar at 1915, setting the tone for an inspiring and enjoyable evening. Shooting starts around 1945 and continues until after Sunset at before 2215. Low tide is at 2130 so we have lots of time to shoot on the sand bars.
In case of mild cold weather, the models will be provided with warmer clothing for posing in and for between shoots, along with warm drinks and heat pads to keep them comfortable. If the weather becomes too extreme for outdoor shooting (such as storms or rain), we will relocate to my studio as a backup location to ensure the event can still take place.
This intimate event is limited to a maximum of 6 photographers, ensuring an optimal 2:1 shooting ratio for a smooth and immersive experience.

This event is suitable for all photographers who are physically able (a 30 minutes walk along the beach or cycle & walk through the dunes to ‘‘Het Puntje’’ is required to get to the location).
The models will be Anastasia, Olive & Emma. All model pose to artistic nude level.
PRICE: 280e secured upon 100e deposit.

Multi Model Shoot?

Cant make the event but want to shoot with the models?
The models are available for limited solo or GROUP shoots at the studio for in person or remote shoots on the afternoon of the 8th of June.
Emma & Olive are available at the studio between 1600 and 1800. Anastasia is staying at the studio and still has some general availability on the 6th, 7th and 8th June.
You can book the models as duos or as a trio. Half hour shoots are uniquely available which gives you a great chance to book three models together for your project!

Travelling Model Anastasia
6th-7th-8th June
Anastasia is a freelance model based in Barcelona. She is the last visiting model will host for a few months as we take a break for the summer holidays.
She is not only a model but also a renowned sculptress and also is a photographer herself.
She has created award winning works. Her incredible sense of shape and form are highly evident in her work,
